Shipping costs

For delivery within Switzerland, we calculate the following shipping costs per order. The parcels are only handed over by Swiss Post against a signature (registered mail).

Up to a goods value of CHF 400 up to 5 kg, a flat rate of CHF 10 B Post and CHF 12 A Post
from a goods value of CHF 400 up to 5 kg, free shipping within Switzerland and Lichtenstein

Payment

Invoice
With this payment method, your order will be delivered by invoice. Please note that no invoices are sent by post. You will receive the invoices electronically via email. You can access the invoice at any time via your customer account. The payment period is 10 days from the invoice date. We reserve the right not to accept the payment method depending on creditworthiness or dunning level and to change the order to prepayment instead. In this case, it is of course always possible to cancel the order free of charge. We ask for your understanding for this security measure.

TWINT
Is a Swiss payment platform that enables sellers and buyers to process payments among themselves. TWINT processes the payment with you and forwards the payment to us accordingly. You can find more information about this service at www.twint.com. There is no additional charge.

VISA / MASTERCARD
These are internationally recognized credit cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept other credit cards due to the high fees. There is no additional charge.

PayPal
PayPal is an internationally known payment platform that enables sellers and buyers to process payments among themselves. Paypal processes the payment with you and forwards the payment to us accordingly. You can find more information about this service at www.paypal.com. There is no additional charge.

Order

WHERE IS MY ORDER?
With your order you will receive a tracking number from the post office with which you can track the order.
Please note that this may take longer in exceptional situations.

CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER
To change or cancel an order, please call +41 77 477 7000 or send an email to info@nouveaulashes. ch. If you wish to change an order, you must contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Under certain circumstances it may no longer be possible to change your order.
You can only cancel training courses under certain circumstances.


Return

According to our terms and conditions, you are entitled to return incorrectly ordered, defect-free products in the undamaged original packaging within 7 days of receipt for a refund.
We will not issue refunds on items that we determine have been used, used or used.

To receive a refund, please email us at info@nouveaulashes.ch with details of why you want to return the product for a refund .If we accept the return, then
you can initiate the return
Important: It is your responsibility to ensure the safe return of the products by packaging the products appropriately and use a reputable delivery service.
The cost of returning the items is your responsibility.

Complaint about products
If you have received a non-functioning product, please send us an email to info@nouveaulashes.ch with a brief description of the problem and a photo showing the batch number.
We will review and arrange a replacement for the product after checking with the manufacturer if there is a problem in production and confirmed by the manufacturer. Please understand that we cannot assume any liability for incorrectly stored products. You must return a non-working product within 7 days (with the original packaging) if the manufacturer wants the product for further investigation.
