For delivery within Switzerland, we charge the following shipping costs per order. Parcels are handed over by Swiss Post only against signature (registered mail). Invoice With this payment method, your order will be delivered by invoice. Please note that no invoices will be sent by post. You will receive the invoices electronically via e-mail. WHERE IS MY ORDER? With your order you will receive a tracking number from Swiss Post / Deutsche Post / DHL with which you can track the order CHANGE OR CANCEL ORDER To change or cancel an order, please call at +41 77 477 7000 or send an e-mail to info@nouveaulashes.ch. If you wish to change an order, you must contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. In certain circumstances it may no longer be possible to change your order. You can only cancel training courses under certain circumstances.
You are entitled to return incorrectly ordered, defect-free products in undamaged original packaging within 7 days of receipt for a refund (provided the packaging is in perfect, resalable condition).We do not provide refunds for items that we determine have been used, used or used. RETURN It is your responsibility to ensure the safe return of the products by packing them appropriately and using a reputable delivery service.
